Total (Fiji) Ltd. owns and operates seven terminals and depots; six in Fiji and one in Tonga, with an overall number between (42-44) permanent staff and (26-28) contractors in the Operations department.
We handle Gasoline, Diesoline, Dual Purpose Kerosene, Light Sulphur Fuel Oil, and High Sulphur Fuel Oil. These products are imported from Singapore and South Korea on Medium range tankers, whereas Lubricants are imported in drums and packages from Singapore on commercial vessels.
TFL storage capacity is the largest in Fiji which affords us good flexibility in our logistics operations.
TFL also manages a Local Coastal Tanker which backloads products out of Vuda terminal and ships to our smaller depots in Fiji and other Pacific islands. The LCT occasionally, at a cost, carries our competitors’ products as well.
Our fleet of trucks is a combination of Company owned, Contracted hauler and Distributors.
TFL also does drum filling to cater for the huge demand from our customers in remote in-land locations and the smaller outer islands.
Our Engineer team manages major projects and maintenance works and these vary from building Bundwalls, tank maintenance, fire fighting and new service stations. Whenever necessary, outside consultants are engaged to assist.
In performing our operations basic functions of Receiving products, Storage and Distribution, we are very much mindful of Safety in all stages in our operations chain, and to ensure that we maintain and improve our good safety record, we place high priority in our selections and engagement of the right people, partners, equipment and conduct regular trainings.

Walu bay & Rodwell Road Terminal
Walu Bay & Rodwell Road Terminals are located in Suva, the capital of Fiji, on the Eastern side of the main island of Fiji, Viti Levu. They are distinct sites, 300m apart but connected by an underground pipeline. These terminals are replenished by MRX tankers. Distribution is by trucks for both bulk and drummed fuels and lubricants, and pipeline operations is for bunkering and receiving MRXs and backloading LCTs..
Vuda Point Terminal
Vuda Point Terminal is located in Lautoka on the Western side of Fiji’s main island of Fiji, Viti Levu. Vuda terminal is replenished by MRX tankers. The Local coastal tanker is backloaded out of here and carries products to the smaller depots in Fiji and other Pacific islands. Distribution is by trucks for both bulk and drummed fuels and lubricants, and pipeline operations is only for receiving MRXs and backloading LCTs.
Labasa Depot is located in Labasa town on the Northern side of Fiji’s second largest island, Vanua Levu. The depot is replenished by LCT through the ExnMobil depot under a Throughput arrangement. Distribution is by trucks for both bulk and drummed fuels and lubricants, no pipeline operations here.
Taveuni Depot is located on Fiji’s third largest island, Taveuni. The depot is replenished by truck and ferry from Labasa. Distribution is by trucks for both bulk and drummed fuels and lubricants, no pipeline operations here.
Levuka Depot is located in Levuka town on Fiji’s fourth largest island, Ovalau. Levuka is Fiji’s original Capital before it was moved to Suva. The depot has only one product, Diesoline, and replenishment is by LCT. Product distribution is by pipeline only, no truck operations.
