THE SELECTION CRITERIA:
Here’s how you can enter for a chance to win:

MECHANICS:
Spend minimum $15 or more on TotalEnergies Car Care Products, fill in your name, phone contact details, vehicle registration number & email address on the back of your receipt and put it into the entry box at the participating TotalEnergies Service Stations.

TotalEnergies Car Care range will include Cockpit cleaner 500ml, leather cleaner 500ml, upholstery, cleaner 500ml glass cleaner 500ml, wheel cleaner 500ml, speed shine 500ml, bike & scooter shampoo 250ml, car shampoo 1L, car wax shampoo 1L, wax, polish 500ml, summer screen wash conc 1:10 250ml, little joe lotus, air freshener spray 65ml, & air freshener card.

 

CONDITIONS:

  • Promotion starts from 1st April 2022 – FJ time 8:00am.
  • Promotion ends on 30th June 2022 – FJ time 11:59pm.
  • Promotion draw date will be advertised on official TotalEnergies Fiji Facebook and Instagram page, in the month of July 2022.
  • Promotion applies on purchases of TotalEnergies Car Care Products on cash or TotalEnergies Prepaid Card from participating TotalEnergies Service Stations.
  • Promotion applies to TotalEnergies Prepaid Card customers, provided the TotalEnergies Prepaid Card is active.
  • Promotion is open to Fiji residents only and excludes employees of TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd and their Dealer partners & immediate family members.
  • Promotion applies to company vehicles on cash purchase or TotalEnergies Prepaid Card provided the receipt has the name/contact details of the Company (details of the driver/or employee will not be accepted).

DETAILS:

  • There will be 1 (one) winner of the first prize of FJD $3,000, 1 (one) winner of the second prize of FJD $2,000, 1 (one) winner of the third prize of FJD $1,000. Winners will be notified after the draw by email or phone or using the other contact details provided by each winner within 7 days after the promotion draw. All reasonable endeavors will be made to contact the winners during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received before the closing date of the promotion.
  • If winner does not show up to collect his/her prize within 3 months after announcement of the prize draw, the promoter TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd reserve the right to cancel such prize and it will be deemed to be returned to the promoter.
  • There is no other alternative to the prizes stated and the prizes is not transferable, and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
  • Participants aged under 18 years of age at the start of the promotion date cannot enter this promotion.
  • Winner name & photographs will appear in any public promotion facilitated by TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd.
  • Police officers will be present during drawing of prizes to witness the draw and record the winner’s name.
  • All 3 prizes will be drawn from all regions; from all the receipts collected from participating TotalEnergies service stations from all valid entries for this promotion received before the closing date.
  • The colour indicated on all visual communications (Posters, flyer, Digital and TVC etc.) may not necessarily be the actual items presented to the winners.
  • Acknowledgement form will be signed by winners on receiving the prize.
  • Once the prizes are acknowledged by winners and distributed, TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd will not hold any legal responsibility, guarantee or warranty on the prizes.
  • A single receipt will be issued to customer to enter a promotion at any one transaction at a given time. Multiple receipts will not be issued if transaction is more than minimum qualified amount of $15 at any given time.

FINAL DECISION:

In the event of any dispute, the decision of the promoter TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event where there is any inconsistency(ies), conflict(s), ambiguity(ies) or discrepancy(ies), the Terms and condition version published on www.totalenergies.com.fj shall prevail. Winners will be notified by telephone / mobile / official announcement on TotalEnergies Facebook page / social media to claim their prizes.
