THE SELECTION CRITERIA: Here’s how you can enter for a chance to win:

MECHANICS: Purchase any TotalEnergies Lubricants and do oil change at TotalEnergies Sigatoka Lube Bay and get a free oil filter.

 

CONDITIONS:

• Promotion starts from 1 August 2022 – FJ time 8:00am.

• Promotion ends on 31 October 2022 – FJ time 11:59pm.

• Promotion applies on purchases of TotalEnergies Lubricants on cash or TotalEnergies Prepaid Card only at TotalEnergies Sigatoka Service Station.

• Promotion applies to TotalEnergies Prepaid Card customers, provided the TotalEnergies Prepaid Card is active.

• Promotion is open to Fiji residents only and excludes employees of TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd and their Dealer partners & immediate family members.                                              

 

DETAILS:

  1. The Lubricants Promotion at TotalEnergies Sigatoka station will commence from 1st August 2022 to 31st October 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. This Promotion is organized by TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd and is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Fiji and includes employees of TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd and their Dealer partners & immediate family members.
  3. This Promotion is available at Bonjour shop at participating TotalEnergies Sigatoka station only, subject to Clause 5, and valid only while stocks of the lubricants last.
  4. Specification of oil filter: Oil filter is available for selected vehicle models only. Before entering the promotion, customer is required to check with TotalEnergies Sigatoka Station Manager / Lube specialist on the type of oil filter and if it suits the customer model.
  5. To be eligible for this Promotion, Customers are required to purchase minimum of one (1) pack of Lubricants product, perform oil change service at TotalEnergies Sigatoka Lube Bay and thereafter be entitled to a get a free oil filter.
  6. The promotion is applicable to QUARTZ AUTO CARE (lube bay) at participating TotalEnergies Sigatoka Stations. The entitlement to this promotion on a purchase of lubricants is applicable from drums as well.
  7. The free oil filter can be received within the validity period with valid transaction; stated on the promotion poster, i.e., from 1st August 2022 to 31st October 2022.
  8. The free oil filter is not exchangeable for cash, partially or wholly, for other goods or services or any other valid tender.
  9. The free oil filter cannot be used in conjunction with any other TotalEnergies promotions or discounts. Further, this Promotion may not be combined and is not valid with any other ongoing promotion, discount, sale or offers unless expressly stated to the contrary.
  10. TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any these Terms and Conditions without prior notice or to terminate this Promotion at any time without notice or liability.
  11. These Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time pursuant to Clause 15 above, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material or advertising of this promotion.
  12. All decisions made by TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd in respect of this promotion or in the event of any dispute are final.
  13. In the event where there is any inconsistency(ies), conflict(s), ambiguity(ies) or discrepancy(ies), the version published on www.totalenergies.com.fj shall prevail.
  14. Participants aged under 18 years of age at the start of the promotion date cannot enter this promotion.
  15. Acknowledgement form will be signed by winners on receiving the prize.
  16. Once the prizes are acknowledged by winners and distributed, TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd will not hold any legal responsibility, guarantee or warranty on the prizes. 
  17. TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion with or without prior notice. In the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd of this promotion shall not entitle Customers to any claim or compensation against TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd for any and all and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by Customers as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  18. The colour indicated on all visual communications (Posters, flyer and Digital, etc.) may not necessarily be the actual items presented to the winners.
  19. In no event will TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd and its business partners will be liable for any loss or damages including without limitations, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including the Customers and/or third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Promotion (including but not limited to instances relating to loss or damaged products or stock of Lubricant Products), even if TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages are expressly excluded.
