This promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd (“the Promoter”) and is conducted exclusively at designated TotalEnergies service stations in Fiji.

All prizes are subject to availability and offered while stocks last.
Promotion Duration
This promotion will run for a period of ten (10) consecutive days, from Tuesday, 22nd July 2025 to Thursday, 31st July 2025.
Each day, the promotion will be active only between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM (FJT).
Outside of these hours, the promotion will not be available.

Eligibility & Participation Mechanics
- To participate, customers must make a minimum fuel purchase of FJ$30 or more in a single transaction.
- Each qualifying customer is eligible to draw once from the TotalEnergies Surprise Box for a chance to win an instant prize.
- If a “Try Again” slip is drawn, the customer may participate again only after making a new qualifying purchase of FJ$30 or more.
- No repeat winners: Customers who win a prize are not eligible for subsequent draws on the same day.
- Valid for both cash and active TotalEnergies Prepaid Card purchases.
- Open to Fiji residents only.
- Employees including their immediate family members at both TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd and the dealers running the giveaway promotion are excluded from participation.
Prize Conditions
- Prizes are not exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative goods/services.
- Winners consent to the use of their name and photography by the Promoter for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any defect, damage, or loss once a prize has been awarded and acknowledged by the winner.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the products given away during the Promotion.
Liability & Indemnity
TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd, its agents, affiliates, and partners accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.
The Promoter does not warrant or guarantee the quality, fitness for purpose, or merchantability of prizes, particularly those supplied by third-party partners.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promoter and all associated entities from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
Final Decision & Disputes
All decisions made by the Promoter regarding the Promotion, including prize distribution, eligibility, and mechanics, are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
In case of any discrepancies, conflicts, or ambiguities, the version of these Terms & Conditions published at www.totalenergies.com.fj shall prevail.
