THE SELECTION CRITERIA:

Here’s how you can enter for a chance to win:

 

MECHANICS:

Spend any amount on EXCELLIUM unleaded or EXCELLIUM diesel, fill in your name, phone contact details, vehicle registration number & email address on the back of your receipt and put it into the entry box at the participating Total Service Stations. ( A customer is qualified to enter the draw if he/she has purchased EXCELLIUM from participating Total Service Stations).

 

CONDITIONS:

• Promotion starts from October 1 2020, FJ time 8:00am

• Promotion ends on October 31 2020, FJ time 11:59pm

• Promotion applies on purchases of EXCELLIUM unleaded or EXCELLIUM diesel on cash or TOTAL Prepaid Card (individual only) from participating Total Service stations.

• Promotion applies to TOTAL Prepaid Card customers, provided the TOTAL Prepaid Card is active.

• Promotion is open to Fiji residents only and excludes employees of Total (Fiji) Pte Limited and their Dealer partners & immediate family members.

 

DETAILS:

There will be a total of 200 winners. Each winner will receive $50 TOTAL Prepaid Card.

If a winner is a existing TOTAL Prepaid Card customer, winning prize of $50 will be topped up to his/her TOTAL Prepaid Card.

•Winners to have a valid ID (original driving license or passport) to claim the prize.

•Prizes will be in a form of TOTAL Prepaid Card  once the account of the winners is set-up with Total (Fiji) Pte Limited with Total Card Application form.

• Winners to provide TIN number/ driving licence copy to create their account in Total (Fiji) Pte Limited system. 

• Winners will be notified after the draw by email or phone or using the other contact details provided by each winner within 7 days after the closing date of the promotion. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners during the specified time.  If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received before the closing date.

• If winner does not show up to collect his/her prize within 3 months after announcement of the prize draw, the promoter Total (Fiji) Pte Limited reserve the right to cancel such prize and it will be deemed to be returned to the promoter.

•There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.

• Winner name & photographs will appear in any public promotion facilitated by Total (Fiji) Pte Limited.

• Police officers will be present during drawing of prizes to witness the draw and record the winners names.

• 80 winners will be drawn from central regions, 80 winners will be drawn from western regions, 40 winners will be drawn from central regions; from all the receipts collected from participating Total service stations from all valid entries for this promotion received before the closing date.

• Acknowledgement form will be signed by winners on receiving the prize.

• Once the prizes are acknowledged by winners and distributed, Total (Fiji) Pte Limited / will not hold any legal responsibility, guarantee or warranty on the prizes.

 

FINAL DECISION:

In the event of any dispute, the decision of the promoter Total (Fiji) Pte Limited will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified by telephone / mobile / official announcement on Total Facebook page to claim their prizes. Total (Fiji) Pte Limited reserve the rights to change or extend the promotion period.
